Indian Head Massage

  • What is Indian Head Massage? This ancient therapy, focuses on its tradition and techniques of massaging the scalp, neck, and shoulders.

  • It is effective in releasing tension from the upper body

  • Benefits of Indian Head Massage include stress reduction, relief from neck and shoulder tension, improved mental clarity, and relaxation.

  • What to Expect: in a typical Indian Head Massage, you will be seated for around 40 minutes and enjoy the massaging of the neck, shoulders and upper back and arms. The massage completes with a variety of movements over the scalp.

  • Neal's Yard Massage oil (a blend of almond, wheatgerm and sunflower oils) or organic coconut oil may be used.
